Clashes occurred between police and protesters in Armenia
In Yerevan, on Republic Square, a clash occurred between the police and supporters of the Tavush for the Motherland movement. The rally participants tried to block some streets in Yerevan. After this, the security forces decided to forcibly unblock them.
Earlier, the leader of the Tavush for the Motherland movement, Bagrat Galstanyan, called for protests. The reason was the decision to delimitate the borders with Azerbaijan - Yerevan must give four settlements to Baku. The protesters are demanding the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The day before, he said that he considered it possible to soon sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
