The Parliament of Georgia has initiated consideration of the draft law entitled «Protection from the influence of the occupier country - Russian Federation».
As one of the leaders of the «For Georgia» party Beka Liluashvili said, the authorities want to adopt the law on «foreign agents». This could undermine relations with Western foreign partners and organizations working with them. The purpose of the Law on Protection against Russian Influence is to identify the sources of actions against Georgia’s interests.
It is obvious that the occupier is Russia, which uses propaganda opposite the security and independence of the country and by various means damages the European path of development of Georgia. Have the courage to call Russia an enemy and not partners and friends of our country, support our initiative», Liluashvili MP addressed.
