Today, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov posted a joint photo on his Telegram channel with the senator from Dagestan, billionaire Suleiman Kerimov, with whom he had a violent conflict last summer and fall. Kadyrov and Kerimov found themselves on opposite sides of a family dispute over the Wildberries marketplace.
In Georgia, protesters against the authorities have begun to be fined en masse
The Tbilisi City Court has imposed fines on protesters who took place on November 10 and 17. The protesters expressed their disagreement with the results of the parliamentary elections, which were officially won by the ruling Georgian Dream party, and demanded a re-election.
At least 10 people were fined. They were accused of violating the law on assembly and demonstrations, which manifested itself in artificially blocking roads.
A member of the opposition United National Movement party, Lasha Parulava, was thrown out of the courtroom after saying “No to the Russian regime! No to the Russian law! No to the Russian elections!” In connection with this, he was also fined. Parulava said that the judge was carrying out political orders from the Georgian Dream.
“In fact, Ivanishvili has banned the rally-demonstration with this trial, so our only option is to fight in courtrooms, on the streets, in prison,” said Lasha Parulava.
