In the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, schoolchildren will be trained to become investigators

Ten schools in Kabardino-Balkaria are planning to open specialized Investigative Committee classes. According to the republic's Investigative Committee, the program includes a training course, "courage lessons," meetings with "veterans," and "hands-on experience" under the guidance of active investigators.

Law enforcement officials are positioning this initiative as an "investment in the future" aimed at training future investigators directly from school. It remains unclear whether participation in this program will be mandatory or voluntary for students.

Previously, Dagestan authorities spent approximately one million rubles on "developing an anti-terrorist and anti-extremist worldview" in children whose parents are accused of terrorism, extremism, and participation in illegal armed groups. As part of this program, children visited sites associated with tragic events, such as World War II monuments and the seized school in Beslan.
