In Makhachkala, one person died and two were injured in a shootout near a shopping center

A tenant of the Ardar shopping center in Makhachkala died in a shootout in an underground parking lot. This was reported by the Investigative Committee Directorate for Dagestan.

According to the investigation, on the evening of April 4, a conflict arose between the actual owner of the shopping center and the tenants over money, as a result of which they started a shootout. One of the tenants died, and two more were taken to the hospital with injuries. The wounded owner of the shopping center fled the scene of the crime, but was soon found and taken to a medical facility.

A criminal case has been opened on attempted murder of two or more persons (Part 1 of Article 30, Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), and illegal arms trafficking (Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code).
