Overnight into September 25, Ukrainian drones attacked fuel-energy and military-industrial facilities across various Russian regions. The Russian Defense Ministry reported intercepting and destroying 592 UAVs over Russian territory (including the Kuban and Don regions), occupied Crimea, and the Black Sea. Casualties have been reported.

Rostov Governor Yury Slyusar wrote on his Telegram channel that, while repelling the raid on the region overnight, approximately 50 UAVs were shot down over the cities of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky and Novoshakhtinsk, as well as in six districts: Millerovsky, Tarasovsky, Verkhnedonskoy, Chertkovsky, Kamensky, and Krasnosulinsky.

"The Novoshakhtinsk Oil Products Plant sustained damage as a result of the air attack. There were no casualties. The facility has temporarily suspended operations," the regional head stated.

The Novoshakhtinsk refinery was last attacked by Ukrainian Neptune cruise missiles on May 31.

A drone threat alert was issued for the Kuban region overnight. According to Telegram channels, explosions were heard in the Sochi area. By morning, it was reported that the city's airport had resumed operations following overnight restrictions, though flights were experiencing delays.
