Housing construction is growing in SFR - Chechnya leads

In January 2023, the North Caucasus commissioned 532 thousand sq. sq. m housing, which is 15% more than the same period in 2022. This is reported by Rosstat.
Chechnya is leading - 174 thousand sq. m of housing were introduced in the republic during this period. This is 25.5% higher than in January last year. In second place Stavropol - 157.1 thousand. sq. m, but the indicator decreased by 26.1%. In the three leaders also North Ossetia - 64.6 thousand sq. sq. meters. m (growth of 2.1 times). 
In Dagestan introduced 60.9 thousand sq. m. (+1.6%), in KRK - 40 thousand sq. m (growth 2.5 times), in CBR - 26.2 thousand sq. m. m (19.2 times), in Ingushetia - 9.2 thousand sq. sq. m (2.6 times). Last year the housing commissioning in the SFD increased by 26.5%, and Chechnya was among the top 10 regions of Russia in terms of housing commissioning and is recognized as the leader in terms of dynamics.
