Mobilized Alexey Efanov from North Ossetia received two years and three months in a penal colony. He was convicted for refusing to go to fight in Ukraine, as he needed treatment and a medical examination.

In addition, Alexander Grechishkin from the same region received a similar term. The Southern District Military Court in Rostov made this decision despite the fact that the accused had previously participated in the "SVO". The man refused to go to Ukraine again, citing treatment.
