The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their counter-offensive

On September 10, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their counter-offensive in the east of the country.
As a result of the shelling of the central part of Kharkov, 14 people were wounded, including three children.
The head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, Matilda Bogner, accused Russia of refusing to provide access to prisoners of war and said that evidence had been received of ill-treatment and torture of Ukrainian captives.
