He moderated the organization's Telegram channel, publishing materials allegedly aimed at inciting the Adyghe population in Russian regions to unauthorized rallies and disseminating separatist views.
According to a press release from the Southern District Court, Nagoyev was a member of the "United Circassia Council," which is listed as a terrorist organization. It was also noted that he published a call for a memorial event for the victims of the Caucasian War in Maykop, in which he subsequently took part.
