The Nalchik Garrison Military Court found serviceman Akromat Bersanov-Tsaroyev guilty of leaving his unit without leave (Part 5, Article 337 of the Russian Criminal Code). He was sentenced to five years and one month in prison.

A court in the Stavropol Territory imposed six fines of 30 thousand rubles each on local resident Vitaly Fedorenko. He was found guilty of discrediting the Russian army.
One of the protocols was drawn up for a publication on VKontakte, in which a Stavropol resident compared the invasion of Ukraine with the war in Syria. In both cases, in his opinion, there was “the seizure and appropriation of the territories of a foreign state.”
Fedorenko also spoke negatively about former criminal prisoners who agreed to participate in the “SVO” in exchange for possible release. “A killer who is released from the zone to kill does not become a veteran,” this statement was considered discrediting the Russian armed forces.
In addition, the man was fined for the phrase “they destroyed the army and production.”
