Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from the Organization of Turkic States (OTG) member countries gathered in Baku for the Solidarity Forum, which is taking place from November 23 to 26. Georgi Mamniashvili, an employee of the Georgian opposition television channel TV Pirveli, was subjected to degrading treatment in custody after being detained on November 22.
