On September 2, Russian troops continued shelling the Kharkov, Donetsk, and Nikolaev regions. There are dead and wounded.

On September 1, Human Rights Watch released a report on the illegal deportation of Ukrainians by Russian authorities and filtration camps. 

On October 16, at a military training ground in the Belgorod region, three Russian servicemen opened fire on their colleagues. 22 people were killed, 16 were injured.

The Agency reported that on the territory of Ukraine, wounded Russian military personnel are returned to the combat zone without a decision from the military medical commission, which is contrary to the law.

On October 11, the Russian army launched missile attacks on the Kyiv region and Krivoy Rog.
