Azerbaijan has banned 31 Turkish citizens from entering the country, including Fatih Erbakan, leader of the New Welfare Party, MP Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu, journalists and religious figures. Mixed martial arts fighter Ibragim Islamov, known by the nickname "Nikarkho," sustained a gunshot wound from a non-lethal (traumatic) pistol during an altercation in the center of Vladikavkaz.
