The Turkish side reported the start of infrastructure repairs, and Armenia's readiness to carry out preparatory activities and hold tenders was examined.
Following this, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan expressed Yerevan's expectation that the borders and transport routes with Turkey and Azerbaijan will be open by 2030. He stated that Armenia is actively cooperating with the European Union in modernizing its transport systems, including the construction of new border crossings and improving the road network, aimed at increasing future transit flows.
Kostanyan also mentioned Azerbaijan's stated intention to resume rail service for Armenian cargo. He also noted Turkey's desire to transit Armenian goods through its territory.
