This evening, Ramzan Kadyrov posted a 44-second video featuring his son Adam, captioning it: "Late dinner with my dear BROTHER, Assistant to the Head of the Chechen Republic Vismurat Aliyev, and Secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic Adam Kadyrov, who was 'resurrected' despite the latest rumors."
Zelim Makhauri, a Chechen deported from the United States to Russia, faces deportation to Ukraine, according to the opposition Telegram channel NIYSO. It is alleged that after his extradition to Russia two weeks ago, he was allegedly abducted by security forces in Moscow and taken to Grozny.
According to NIYSO, he is being held on the premises of the Second Regiment, where he is being tortured. He faces forced deportation to the "SVO."
Previously, NIYSO activists reported the abduction of Usman Arbashev from Alkhan-Kala, which they claim was carried out with the intention of sending him to fight in Ukraine.
According to the report, Arbashev was abducted on February 5 and taken to the Sernovodsk District police station. The authors believe the young man was singled out because he had no "father or influential relatives," making him an easy target, and also because of his "excessively long hair." Shortly after his abduction, according to NIYSO, Arbashev was transferred to the Akhmat-Sever regiment, where he was tortured into signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
Recently, Rosfinmonitoring added the Chechen movement NIYSO ("Justice") to its list of organizations involved in "extremist" activity. The initial ban was imposed by the Supreme Court of Chechnya in September 2025.
