A drone attack in the village of Novaya Adygeya on the night of January 21st seriously damaged an apartment building and caused a fire. Eleven people were injured. The fire destroyed 15 cars, and another 25 were damaged.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the country has stopped responding to criticism from the European Parliament, and that cooperation with the organization has been suspended for many years. In an interview with Euronews, he attributed this to the European Parliament's "biased attitude," which he believes is the result of lobbying groups.

A fight broke out at a bus stop in Elektrostal, Moscow Region, between 19-year-old Tajik national Imomali Turdiev and 18-year-old Ilya Polezhaev. Polezhaev was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
