In January 2025, Russian far-right groups committed 118 attacks. This was reported by the NVMP (Nazi Video Monitoring Project), which collects video evidence of hate crimes published by Russian far-right groups in Telegram channels. The overwhelming majority of attacks (91), according to the source, were motivated by racism. In 7 cases, the motive was religious hatred: the attackers slashed the tires of cars with Islamic stickers and smashed the windows of halal food stalls.
