Suleiman Kerimov's yacht will be put up for auction

The US authorities want to put up for auction the yacht of Federation Council member from Dagestan Suleiman Kerimov, worth over $300 million, confiscated as part of the sanctions.

The 106-meter yacht Amadea, worth $325 million, was seized in Fiji at the request of the United States in April 2022 under sanctions imposed after the outbreak of war. By June 2024, the amount for maintenance will be more than $11 million.

American media wrote that on board the Amedea yacht there is an aquarium with live lobsters, a hand-painted piano, a swimming pool and a large helipad.
