Chechnya took first place in the North Caucasus Federal District in terms of housing construction rates

In Chechnya, 2,097 thousand square meters were built in 11 months of 2023. m of residential real estate. According to this indicator, the republic became the first in the North Caucasus Federal District, Rosstat reported.

In second place is the Stavropol Territory with an area of commissioned housing of 1,517.7 thousand square meters. m, in third place is Dagestan with an indicator of 1315 thousand sq. m. m.

Next come Kabardino-Balkaria - 481 thousand square meters. m of housing, North Ossetia – 430.7 thousand sq. m. m, Karachay-Cherkessia – 356 thousand sq. m. m, Ingushetia – 136 thousand sq. m. At the same time, Ingushetia increased construction by 41.5%.
