Dagestan became the leader in the rise of prices for land

During the year in the Russian regions the land has become more expensive in Dagestan, Tatarstan and Stavropol region. 
According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, the average cost of land in Dagestan was 1 million rubles, which is 53.8% more than a year earlier. This is stated in the study of the platform «Avito Realty».

The second place on the rise in prices is Tatarstan, where the average price of the land plot increased by 33.3%, up to 800 thousand rubles per lot. The price of the land plot increased by 25%. In the third position - Stavropol Territory with an increase of 28.6%, up to 900 thousand. Rubles.
