Dagestan became the second in the Russian Federation to increase housing prices

Dagestan took second place among the regions of the Russian Federation in the rise in prices for primary and secondary housing in the first quarter. Indicators were 29.5% and 24.7%. The Republic lost only the Novosibirsk region with 30.1% and 24.2%. This is reported by Rosstat.

The largest increase in housing on the primary market was in Adygea (by 33.2%), and in the secondary - in the Jewish Autonomous Region (by 34.4%). Sevastopol (by 16.8%) and Kabardino-Balkaria (by 13%) and Stavropol Krai (by 3%) recorded the largest decline in primary market value. 

According to Rosstat, residential property prices in Russia rose by 11.4% and 7.9% in the first quarter compared to the same period last year.
