Dagestan Leads in Growth of New Companies and Individual Entrepreneurs

Based on the results of the first 11 months of 2025, the leading regions in new company and individual entrepreneur registration activity were Mari El (a 26% increase compared to the same period in 2024), Chuvashia (24%), and Dagestan (20%).

Positive growth was observed in 51 regions across the country, leading to an increase in the number of companies and individual entrepreneurs by more than 1.1 million.

Notably, Dagestan is also among the regions with the highest growth in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) employment over the past three years. Chechnya, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, North Ossetia, Ingushetia, and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic also ranked among the leaders.
