Further, the capitals of the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District are located in the following order: Cherkessk - 16th place (1 sq. m per inhabitant), Nalchik - 42nd (0.64 sq. m), Vladikavkaz - 46th (0.61 sq. m. ), Makhachkala - 75th (0.4 sq. M).
In total, in 2022, 102.7 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Russia. The highest rates per person are in Krasnodar (2.47 sq. m.), Novorossiysk (1.97 sq. m.) and Sochi (1.77 sq. m.). The lowest ones are in Magadan (0.09 sq.m), Komsomolsk-on-Amur (0.08 sq.m) and Murmansk (0.02 sq.m).
