Ingushetia and Dagestan have become outsiders in the mortgage development rating

Ingushetia took the last place in the development of mortgages. Only 2.4 mortgage loans were issued per thousand working people in the republic. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Dagestan took one of the last places (82nd). Here, only 8 people out of a thousand have taken a loan to buy a home over the past 12 months. The leader in the ranking is Tyva (45 people / thousand), in second place is the Tyumen region (37 people).

The rating is based on data from the Central Bank and Rosstat. The level of mortgage development is estimated as the ratio of the number of loans issued to the economically active population for the period from June 2022 to June 2023.
