KKR was among the leading regions in terms of the cost of cinema tickets
Karachay-Cherkessia took the fourth place among the subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of the average cost of a ticket to cinemas on New Year's holidays. It is 571 rubles.

The price for watching a movie is higher only in Moscow, Moscow region and Bryansk region - 723, 592 and 590 rubles, respectively. The TOP-10 also included Novosibirsk, Vologda, Rostov and Samara regions, St. Petersburg and Tatarstan, with figures ranging from 513 to 569 rubles.

Experts note that the rise in prices will lead to a drop in attendance at cinemas and will have a negative impact on the industry as a whole. During these New Year's holidays, fewer Russians have already come to the cinema than last year (for comparison: 12.9 million and 14.8 million).
