Makhachkala became the leader in price growth for new buildings

In the primary housing market, the largest growth in the Russian Federation since the beginning of the year occurred in Makhachkala - by 107%. This was reported by World of Apartments analysts.

In fact, apartments in the capital of Dagestan have more than doubled in price, while on average in Russia, housing has risen in price by only 15%. According to analysts, in Makhachkala numerous unfinished buildings were removed from sale at bargain prices, which reduced the average price on the primary market. As a result, prices in new buildings in the capital began to correspond to reality.

The capital of North Ossetia, Vladikavkaz, was among the top five in terms of growth in housing prices on the secondary market with an indicator of 30%. For comparison: the average growth in Russia was only 14%.
