The maximum mortgage term is fixed in Ingushetia - 27 years

The average mortgage term in the Russian Federation has grown over the previous three years from 18 to 24 years. Since the beginning of the year, this loan with the longest terms was issued in Ingushetia (27 years), as well as in the Krasnodar Territory and Tyumen Region (26 years each).

In another 12 regions, the mortgage period is 25 years, including in Chechnya, Dagestan and the KChR. In other regions, the indicator ranges from 21 to 24 years. The longer the borrower services the loan, the more he overpays, including interest and other payments.
