The most noticeable increase in utility tariffs in the North Caucasus Federal District is expected in Dagestan

From July 1, tariffs for housing and communal services in Dagestan will increase. The expected increase - up to 22.3% - is the maximum value in the North Caucasus Federal District.

In Ingushetia, the increase will reach 21.1%, in North Ossetia - 19.1%, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic - 16.1%, in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic - 15.8%, in Chechnya - 14%.

The average increase in tariffs in the district will be 16.6%. Last year's figure was 14.9%. The increase in tariffs in the North Caucasus Federal District is explained by the need to modernize infrastructure, rising energy prices and inflation.
