Regions of the North Caucasus Federal District are recognized as outsiders in socio-economic development
Ingushetia took the last, 85th place in the socio-economic situation rating published by RIA Novosti. The rest of the regions of the North Caucasus also showed poor results for 2024.
 
In particular, Kabardino-Balkaria is in 75th place, Chechnya is in 77th place, North Ossetia is in 79th place, and Karachay-Cherkessia is in 81st place. Moscow topped the rating. St. Petersburg was in second place. Next come the Moscow Region, Tatarstan, and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
 
When assessing the level of development of the subjects, experts assessed such indicators as quality of life, socio-economic situation, state of the labor market, material well-being of the population, scientific and technological development.

This innovation will allow voice assistants, digital announcers, and other digital services to read texts aloud with greater accuracy. The *Chechnya Segodnya* newspaper reported the development, citing the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
