A meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was held in Moscow, dedicated to countering the spread of terrorist ideology, neo-Nazism, and religious extremism in the North Caucasus Federal District.
The lowest debt load of the population is in the North Caucasus

The Russians owe banks almost 28 trillion rubles. The level of debt load as the ratio of the average amount of debt to the annual income per household increased in the first quarter to 41%. At the beginning of the year it was 35%.
The lowest level of overdue debt was found in Ingushetia (15%), Chechnya (14%) and Dagestan (13%), as well as in Sevastopol (9%) and Crimea (8%). This was reported by experts of the project "For the Rights of Borrowers" based on data from the Bank of Russia and Rosstat.
The highest levels of debt load were achieved in Tyva (115%), Kalmykia (79%), Leningrad region (63%), Udmurtia (56%) and Moscow region (55%).
