The capital of Dagestan has become a leader in the growth dynamics of prices for secondary real estate

The highest increase in the cost per square meter of secondary real estate in Russia from September to October was recorded in Makhachkala (+14.9%). This was reported by the federal portal “World of Apartments”.
The leaders in terms of upward dynamics also included Magnitogorsk (+14.7%), Cheboksary (+11.8%), Chelyabinsk (+11.8%), Nizhny Tagil (+11.3%), Moscow (+8.3 %).
On average across the country in October, the price per meter rose by 4.2% – to 107 thousand rubles.
Among the reasons for the rise in prices is the desire of sellers to raise prices to more expensive apartments in new buildings and increased demand due to the upcoming increase in mortgage rates.
