Since the beginning of 2025, 1.7 square meters of housing per capita have been built in Cherkessk. According to this indicator, the capital of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic ranks 1st in the North Caucasus Federal District and 17th in the country.
 
Grozny is ranked 26th in the rating of Russian cities in terms of the scale of apartment construction (1.53 square meters), Stavropol is 33rd (1.41), Nalchik is 42nd (1.15), Vladikavkaz is 48th (1.11), Magas is 67th (0.76). Makhachkala is not included in the DOM.RF statistics.
 
Krasnodar, Tyumen and Vladivostok top the rating. In these cities, the area of ​​apartments under construction per capita was slightly more than 4 square meters. m. The worst indicators were recorded in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Murmansk and Nizhny Tagil. In total, the list included 100 cities - administrative centers of regions, as well as other major cities of Russia.
