The capitals of Dagestan and North Ossetia are among the leaders in the growth of prices for small apartments

Apartments on the secondary market up to 32 sq. m continue to rise in price almost throughout the Russian Federation. Since the beginning of the year, the price of square meters has grown most noticeably in Magnitogorsk (+16.1%), Chelyabinsk (+15.8%), Novokuznetsk (+13.6%), Makhachkala (+13.4%), Kemerovo (+ 11%) and Vladikavkaz (+10.8%).

The fall in prices was recorded only in six cities: Kaliningrad (-3%), St. Petersburg (-2.8%), Krasnodar (-1%), Moscow (-0.6%), Novosibirsk (-0.4%) and Belgorod (-0.4%).

On average, a square meter of a small apartment in Russia costs 107 thousand rubles and has risen in price by 4.6% since the beginning of the year.
