The capitals of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and Chechnya are among the top five in terms of housing construction volumes

The capital of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Cherkessk, took third place in the ranking of housing construction per person with an indicator of 1.72 sq. m. Grozny was in 5th place - 1.55 sq. m. m. The most housing per person is being built in Krasnodar and Novorossiysk.

In 15th place - Vladikavkaz (1.06 sq. m), in 17th - Nalchik (1.03 sq. m), in 22nd - Stavropol (0.96 sq. m), in 78th – Makhachkala (0.45 sq.m.).

At the same time, in terms of housing provision in the North Caucasian Federal District, Vladikavkaz is the leader (40.3 sq. m per person), and in terms of commissioned area – Stavropol (533.3 thousand sq. m). In terms of the rate of housing commissioning, the top three in the district were Vladikavkaz, Nalchik and Cherkessk: in these capitals the growth rate for the year exceeded 50%.

According to a RIA Novosti study, more than 110 million square meters will be commissioned in Russia in 2023.
