In North Ossetia, Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria, the average mortgage payment is 92%, 73% and 70%, respectively, of the average salary. These regions occupy the last places in the Russian Federation along with Kalmykia, RIA Rating experts reported.

In 75th place is the Stavropol Territory (61%), in 57th place is Ingushetia (54%), in 12th place is Chechnya (38%). The first place in the ranking was taken by the Magadan region, where the average salary is almost four times higher than the average monthly mortgage payment. The second place is occupied by the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug with a result of 26.2%.

The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug closes the top three with the ratio of mortgage payment to average salary of 26.6%.

Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment.
