Three republics of the North Caucasus recorded the lowest salaries

The lowest median salaries were found in Ingushetia, the Karachay-Cherkess and Kabardino-Balkarian republics - 29.5 thousand, 33.2 thousand and 33.3 thousand rubles, respectively. This was reported by SberIndex.

The median salary in the Russian Federation is 47.4 thousand rubles. In 40 regions, compared to April 2022, the indicator increased by more than 10%. The highest salaries are in Chukotka, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and in Moscow (97.3 thousand, 81.1 thousand and 81 thousand rubles, respectively).

The median salary is the payment before withholding personal income tax per employee, in relation to which half of the employees receive less, and half receive more wages.

Authorities in Dagestan have banned the online publication of photographs and information about certain objects and events, citing security concerns. The ban includes images of bridges, air defense systems, the aftermath of drone attacks, as well as information about the type, launch location, crash site, and flight path of drones. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the republic, Sergey Melikov.

Turkey has abolished the "foreigner" status for citizens of Turkic states, signing a decree simplifying their employment. Now, residents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will be able to work and do business in Turkey without citizenship or special permits (except for military and security service).
