The ECHR’s decision in 2019 to pay 10 million euros to Georgian citizens deported from Russia in 2006 has not yet been implemented. This was reported by the Council of Europe in its report on the implementation by member countries of the European Court of Human Rights ruling.

The security forces of Ingushetia are looking for four young men who, during a battle in the village of Zyazikov-Yurt, Malgobek district, killed three and wounded eight policemen.

He is accused of attacking a column of Russian equipment near the village of Chervenna, Shelkovsky District of Chechnya, as part of the field detachments of Shamil Basayev and Khattab during the second Russian-Chechen war, namely in 1999.
