The Russian Government noted the growing popularity of North Caucasus resorts

Last season, Russia's ski resorts attracted over 8 million tourists, and this number is expected to increase by another 10% in the 2025-2026 season. Resorts in the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) are making a significant contribution to this growth, according to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
