On June 30, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow extended the detention of Crimean Tatar Lenya Umerova, suspected of espionage. The 25-year-old girl, a citizen of Ukraine, was detained in December when she came to Russia to visit her sick father.

At a meeting of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, the German Federal Prosecutor's Office demanded that Valid Dadakaev be sentenced to 11 years in prison. He is accused of attempting to assassinate opposition leader Muhammad Abdurakhmanov, brother of Tumso Abdurakhmanov.

On July 4, the Akhmatovsky District Court of Grozny will pass judgment on Zarema Musayeva. Earlier, the prosecutor's office asked to sentence the woman to 5.5 years in prison.

Raul Arashukov, a former high-ranking employee of Gazprom, went on a hunger strike in a pre-trial detention center because the court refused to acquaint him with the audio recordings of the meetings. The defense explained that the court illegally limited the time for familiarization with the protocols, setting a deadline until July 3.

The Nalchik garrison military court sentenced contract soldier Mukhadin Kunizhev to one year in prison. He was found guilty of failing to appear at the military unit during the period of mobilization to be sent to a “special military operation” against Ukraine.

The investigation brought final charges against the Crimean Tatars Osman Abdurazakov, Leman Zekeryaev, Khalil Mambetov, Refat Seydametov, Ekrem Krosh and Ayder Asanov.

The Makhachkala garrison military court sentenced serviceman Zagir Shirinov to five and a half years' probation. He was found guilty of disobeying an order and leaving a unit during the war against Ukraine, despite being wounded there.
