A high share of overdue debt was also found in Chechnya (9.4%), Dagestan (8.9%), North Ossetia (8.7%), Karachay-Cherkessia (7.7%) and Kabardino-Balkaria (6.2%). These regions took the last places in the RIA Novosti rating, compiled on the basis of official statistics.
