Ingushetia has Russia's highest MTPL loss ratio

All regions of Russia's North Caucasus were among the country's regions where motor third-party liability insurance payouts, including insurers' operating expenses, reached or exceeded the amount of premiums collected. The most severe situation was recorded in Ingushetia, where the ratio reached 467%, according to data from the Russian Union of Motor Insurers (RUA).
