Pavel Ulibegov was arrested for five days in Nalchik after an anti-war picket. He held a picket with a poster «No War» at the Parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria. On charges of disobedience to the police, the court ordered him administrative detention. In the future, he will be fined under the article on «discrediting» of the Armed Forces.

The defence of the famous Ingush paediatrician Bagaudin Gaitukiev filed a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office against the decision of the investigative committee.
