Employees of the Russian Guard stormed pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Rostov-on-Don, where six prisoners took two detention center workers hostage.

The number of political prisoners in Azerbaijan over three months increased by 16 people and amounted to 303. This was reported by the Union of Freedom of Political Prisoners.

The defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case from Bakhchisarai, Seydamet Mustafayev, Remzi Nimetulaev, Abdulmedzhit Seitumerov, Ametkhan Umerov, Ruslan Asanov and Eldar Yakubov, had their detention in the pre-trial detention center extended until November 24.

101 citizens sought medical help after yesterday's protest near the Armenian parliament. 85 people have been discharged from hospitals, another 16 remain under observation.
