Since 2018, from the day of his arrest, due to a long stay in a pre-trial detention center and colony of the Tambov region No. 1, Server Mustafayev developed heart problems. The human rights organization Front Line Defenders sent a complaint to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation about the failure to provide medical care to the Crimean Tatar, after which he was prescribed a full heart examination.
