At the end of 2022, two men were abducted by Chechen security forces in different places. Both were taken to police stations, where they died. Their relatives were forbidden to organize traditional memorial as reported by the Human Rights Center «Memorial».

Siloviki suppressed the activities of the criminal group, which stole more than 2 billion rubles from the Russian Pension Fund (RPF).
