Crimean Tatar activist Servet Gaziyev, serving his sentence in Penal Colony No. 5 in Kamchatka, has again complained of deteriorating health.

73-year-old Zinnur Agliullin, an activist with the Tatar national movement, was given a suspended sentence of 2.5 years for repeated incitement of hatred and enmity. The prosecutor had requested a prison sentence.

The Chechen movement NIYSO reported the death of 37-year-old Shovda Shamaeva, a preschool teacher, after being detained by security forces in Chechnya. The organization claims that the resident of the city of Sernovodskoye was tortured.

Two people detained in connection with the case of group violence during the rally near the election headquarters of Tbilisi mayoral candidate Kakha Kaladze on September 8-9 have been released. This was reported by the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Enver Seitosmanov, serving a 17-year sentence in Correctional Colony No. 16 (Salavat, Bashkortostan) on charges of involvement in the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization, was placed in a punishment cell (SHIZO). The Crimean Tatar complains of a toothache, but overall his health is assessed as satisfactory.

Polish MEP Krzysztof Breiza called on the European Commission led by Ursula von der Leyen to urgently intervene in the situation with the detention in Armenia of Georgian fighter Georgi Kinoyan, who fought for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He faces extradition at the request of the Russian Federation.

Yashar Shikhametov, serving an 11-year sentence in IK-37 in the Kemerovo region, lost 30 kg during his imprisonment. His health has deteriorated so much that he experiences severe joint pain and is practically unable to move independently.
