Karachay-Cherkessia and Chechnya took fourth and eighth places in the ranking of the worst condition of urban roads, of which 33% and 30%, respectively, are of unsatisfactory quality in the republics. This is reported by the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor).

The average salary of a social worker in Russia is 44,000 rubles, according to Rosstat. The lowest salaries were recorded in the North Caucasus.

Apartments on the secondary market up to 32 sq. m continue to rise in price almost throughout the Russian Federation. Since the beginning of the year, the price of square meters has grown most noticeably in Magnitogorsk (+16.1%), Chelyabinsk (+15.8%), Novokuznetsk (+13.6%), Makhachkala (+13.4%), Kemerovo (+ 11%) and Vladikavkaz (+10.8%).

Residents of the North Caucasus have taken loans, including mortgages, for 828 billion rubles. This is a record figure since 2010, according to the Central Bank.

The subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District are on the very last lines in the ranking of regions of the Russian Federation in terms of family well-being. In the RIA Novosti study, Kabardino-Balkaria occupies the last place.

The average mortgage term in the Russian Federation has grown over the previous three years from 18 to 24 years. Since the beginning of the year, this loan with the longest terms was issued in Ingushetia (27 years), as well as in the Krasnodar Territory and Tyumen Region (26 years each).
