The Prosecutor's Office of the Grozny District opened a criminal case No. 191145 on the fact of illegal detention (Article 127, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) of a disabled person of the second group, police veteran Salman Zelimkhanovich Khamzatov, born in 1935.

The "cleansing" in the village of Achkhoy-Martan continued. According to the military, the operation, which involves employees of the VOVD and all law enforcement agencies stationed in the Achkhoi-Martan district, will last three days.

Today is International Day for the Victims of Enforced Disappearances. This concept is more than a violation of human rights. This is an effective tool for instilling an atmosphere of terror in society.

Another “cleansing” operation was carried out in the village of Achkhoy-Martan. The night before, the leaders of the district and the village were informed of its beginning.

The Russian military broke into a residential building on the outskirts of the city of Shali (near the former tankodrome).
