At about 10 o'clock in the morning in the city of Shali, on Lenin Street, not far from the courthouse, military personnel killed a man. His name and place of permanent residence are unknown to Memorial Human Rights Center employees.

On the night of October 13, at the 12th station in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, a shell fired from a self-propelled gun hit a house. As a result of the explosion, the owner of the house, Gilani Zaurbekov, died.

After 4 o'clock at night, on the western outskirts of the village of Kulary, military personnel shot at a trailer parked near a pond with automatic weapons. Of the seven people in it, one, Tanya (in other sources - Ruslan) Galaevich Abdulkadyrov, born in 1968, was killed, the rest received various types of injuries.

On the night of October 11, the village of Duba-Yurt was shelled from artillery guns. Six local residents, including children, were injured to varying degrees of severity. Three residential buildings were destroyed, and about ten more received various damages.

A protest against the illegal actions of federal forces in Chechnya ended in the village of Prigorodnoye. It was started by local residents on October 7, and the reason for its implementation was the murder of 11-year-old local resident Muslim Bisultanov.
